Great chat with the staff who are really knowlegeable about fish, food, cooking, and fish and chip shops in general. We learnt a lot. We looked forward to trying fish and chips cooked traditionally in beef dripping as we know in terms of flavour and texture, nothing beats this and its a mark of all the best places. Its healthier than Cooking oils too, as it is not a 'converted' machine oil. You can pay a fortune in trendy restraunts for this Well worth the wait for the just cooked produce, and all the best food is never instant. Pricing is good for the amazing quality and variety. Sat outside in the sunshine, and forgot the world as we ate 10/10. Absolutly delicious, we will be back soon to try the rest of the menu! ”
